How to Book?
Fill out our Book a Party form. Please allow 24hrs for a response ~We will also send a response if we are unavailable. If you send us a message Friday – Sunday, we will respond by Monday.
If we are available, we will respond with an Event Proposal where you will be able to; view the proposed services, confirm the payment schedule, sign the contract, and make your first payment
After Your initial payment is made, we will work together to organise your event!
We will arrive 1-2hrs before your event for Setup. Pick up is as soon as your rental time ends, we require 45min after your event for Breakdown.

What areas do you service?We service all of Sydney and Illawarra!

Can we set up outdoors?Yes, we can set up outdoors, providing the perfect backdrop for your event's festivities. However, there are a few considerations to keep in mind. Firstly, we require a flat, even space for the setup to ensure the safety and stability of our equipment. Additionally, if you plan to host the event in a public location such as a park, it's essential to obtain a council permit beforehand. Lastly, in the event of rain or drizzle, we won't be able to set up equipment outside, even if you've arranged for a tent. But don't worry! We're adaptable and will work with you to seamlessly reconfigure the play area indoors, ensuring the fun continues without a hitch.

How long is the hire period?The hire period for our services spans 5 hours. This duration allows ample time for you and your guests to enjoy the event to its fullest extent. Should you require additional hours or have specific timing needs, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are you insured?Yes! We have a full $20 million public liability insurance. We are able to set up in different locations and venues. Let us know if you need a copy of our insurance certificate.

Do you charge a bond?Yes, the bond will be refunded between 48 hours of the event after inspection of the equipment.

Rules of PlayLittle Explorers want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience in our play area/s. Little Explorers rules of play area/s are as follows: · Age Limit: Our soft play area is recommended for children aged 6 and under. · No Shoes: For safety and hygiene reasons please remove shoes before entering the play area. This includes high heels and studded sports shoes for example soccer or football shoes. · Socks: Whilst socks are not required, we strongly recommend all participants of our play equipment wear same for cleanliness and hygiene purposes. · No Hazardous Items: To maintain a safe environment items such as face paint, glitter, slime, body gems or sharp objects are not permitted in the play area/s. · No Food or Drinks: To prevent spills and maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask that no food or drink is to be brought into the play area/s. · Adult Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of children and adherence to the rules as set out by Little Explorers.
