How to Book?
If we are available, we will respond with an Event Proposal where you will be able to; view the proposed services, confirm the payment schedule, sign the contract, and make your first payment
After Your initial payment is made, we will work together to organise your event!
We will arrive 1-2hrs before your event for Setup. Pick up is as soon as your rental time ends, we require 45min after your event for Breakdown.
What areas do you service?We service all Illawarra!
Can you set up outdoors?Yes, but, If it is raining or drizzling, we will NOT set up equipment outside, even if you have a tent. We will work with you to re-configure the play area indoors.
How long is the hire period?Our bookings include 4 hours. Extra time can be requested at least 24 hrs prior to your event start time.
Are you insured?Yes! We have a full $20 million public liability insurance. We are able to set up in different locations and venues. Let us know if you need a copy of our insurance certificate.
Can I pick up and set up myself?Yes! Contact us for more details.
Do you charge a bond?Yes, the bond will be refunded between 48 hours of the event after inspection of the equipment.
What ages are your play set suitable for?Soft Play and Ball Pits are designed for ages 0-5 yrs old. Adults may enter the play area (without shoes), but may NOT sit/play on the equipment.
